Every year, 70 million work days are lost in the UK due to mental health issues, with a cost of approximately £2.4 billion to employers.

Work-related stress, depression, or anxiety accounted for 50% of all work-related ill health in 2020/21. This equates to an estimate of 822,000 workers were affected by work-related stress, depression, or anxiety in 2020/21

The MHWB Network provides organisations with a clear pathway to demonstrate how you meet recommendations for promoting good mental health and maintaining wellbeing while empowering individuals taking steps to eliminate stigma building and maintaining a healthy, productive workforce.

The MHWB Network supports professionals
who promote the
mental health & well being of others.

The Mental Health & Well Being Network works with Nuco Training to offer regulated, accredited qualifications.

I've gained lots of ideas to incorporate into my own supervision and training practice. I found the conference to be immensely useful, getting to know other organisations and their work, particularly around referral routines.

The conference introduced me to strategies, ideas and the chance to network with other professionals. I found sharing good  practice to be useful.
