Building a Community of Practice
(COP)
As part of this programme, your representatives receive training and coaching as they build a COP. This process results in your representatives providing high quality, in house mental health and well-being training for your whole team, sustaining progress, growth, effective management and minimising costs with long term measurable outcomes.
Events and Training Webinars
Access to ongoing training events encourage best practice, learning and development.
Themes cover important issues such as Managing Mental Health in the Workplace, Achieving Outstanding SEND Practice, Reducing Suicide, Gambling Addiction In Youth.
Virtual Networking
Networking is an important activity which presents Mental Health Leads and Champions with opportunities to share best practice and gain support from other professionals facing the same and similar challenges.
MHWB Portal
The MHWB portal is a fantastic tool created by the Australian company Mme Moe.
Mme Moe is an application which enables the user to measure their personal and professional developments through self assessment, enabling the user to quickly identify progress and need for support.

How long does the programme last for?
This programme lasts for 7 weeks while support and membership benefits remain available 12 months. Outcomes achieved through this 7 week programme can last for a life time.
Will it take a lot of commitment?
The Build a Culture of MHWB package adds value while minimising workload. Coaching calls can be set at times best suited to the needs of your representatives, Supervising Mental Health First Aid Training Level 3 takes place over two days.
Is it Value for Money?
