About the Event
Through this course you will develop an awareness of signs and symptoms of mental health issues and the impact of workplace stress. You will learn more about how to promote emotional well-being and develop knowledge and understanding of how to support yourself and colleagues affected by mental health issues and combat stigma.
You will finish this course with confidence to:
- Identify risk factors for colleagues and yourself in relation to mental health
- Promote appropriate self care strategies
- Identify signs and symptoms of mental health issues
- Appropriately combat stigma attached to mental health
